Alhaji Shuaibu M. Bello is an entrepreneur, human development and training expert and a business management expert with over three decade’s professional experience in marketing and distribution, management, corporate strategy as well as in-depth experience in agro-inputs business. He sits on the board of several companies; he is the Chairman of Prime Commodity Exchange, United Fertilizer and Chemical Limited, Goldenways Air Services Limited, he is on the board of Ercas Integrated (Fintech) Solutions, Board of WAFA, and Member Board of Trustee NAIDA. Alhaji Shuaibu is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inter Products Link Limited.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from University of Maiduguri. He began his professional career at Nigerian Tobacco Company Plc as a Management Trainee in 1988 and rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director of Kano Tobacco Distribution Company in year 2000, a position which he held for three years. Alhaji Shuaibu was found worthy of higher honours and in 2003, he was made the Corporate Strategy Director of West African Tobacco, a position he held for seven years.
In the year 2010, he founded Interproducts Link Limited and has successfully ran the company till date. He has attended several conferences and seminars on business management, marketing management, sales management, communication, and agricultural related programmes within and outside Nigeria. He was commissioned by AFDB as a consultant for SAPZ in Plateau and Taraba states in 2023. He was a discussant at the First Agricultural Summit organized by FBN in 2017 and was part of the West Africa Fertilizer Program by USAID in 2016. Alhaji Shuaibu was also a key participant at the OCP International Conference in Morocco in 2016.
Prof. Banji Oyelaran-Oyeyinka is a Development Economist Visiting Professor, Open University, Milton Keynes, UK & former Senior Special Advisor to the President, AfDB.
He spent two decades within the United Nations system and occupied his last position as Director, Regional Office for Africa at UN-Habitat. He was previously Senior Economic Adviser at UN Centre for Trade & Development (UNCTAD), Geneva, and a Professorial Fellow at the United Nations University (UNU) in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Prof. Oyelaran-Oyeyinka obtained First Class (Hons) and was Best Graduating student in Chemical Engineering (UNIFE now OAU), Masters in Chemical Engineering (University of Toronto) and D.Sc. (Development Economics specializing in Industrialization & Innovation). He is the first Nigerian with this specialization.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering, Fellow, Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineering and Winner of the National Productivity Merit Award. He served on several national committees and has advised several ministers. He pioneered industrial cluster and industrial innovation research in Nigeria and has written over twenty books and dozens of journal papers.
He championed the establishment of Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) across Africa and Nigeria.

Proven track record in co-founding and directing multiple successful companies, managing large-scale agricultural programmes, and pioneering tissue culture technologies in Nigeria. He has leveraged multidisciplinary expertise to drive impactful agricultural and biotechnological solutions.
